We'd like to introduce the real muscle behind Backyard Wellness - our spirit guides, guardian angels, and higher selves. Were it not for them, we would just be aimlessly wandering, empty shells, meandering the earth with little purpose. Sounds a little bleak, but not to worry.
We all have a team of loving, benevolent beings around us, backing us up and pushing us in the right direction. Of course, the ultimate path in your life is determined by you. And when we say you, we mean the combination of your "physical self" and your higher "spiritual self".
Now, this concept of identity duality seems complicated, but it's as simple as a peanut butter cup. The treat itself is comprised of two separate, unique components - the milk chocolatey shell, and the salty peanut butter filling. On their own, each is delicious and fulfilling, but when you marry the two together, BAM! Magic happens.

When you are living in alignment with your higher self, you are in turn living with the magic of a peanut butter cup. You are two, individual and unique components coming together to create one magnificent whole. So eat up!
